Our Admissions Process
Step 1: K.A.P. Certification
K: Bible Knowledge Survey
This is designed to assess a future leader’s current bible literacy and scripture comprehension. Results gauge the appropriate program placement for the future leaders education and development. Price U requires applicants to attain a score of 70% percent or higher to meet Price U’s minimum academic standards for our Practical Ministry Foundational Studies Program. Applicants who attain a score below our 70% threshold will be recommended for our Academic Primer Studies Program.
A: Standardized Ministry Assessment
- Price University requires each of its an applicants to take the Standardized Ministry Assessment Questionnaire as a part of the admissions process. We designed our assessments to aid us in identifying and learning more about an applicants ministry gifting or five-fold office. Applicants will find out their ministry strengths, abilities, aptitudes, character and assets, including emotional intelligence, ministry readiness and most suited ministerial environment. It offers a total snapshot of an applicants existing or future potential. This will help us properly place applicants into the appropriate academic program.
- Applicants must complete the Student Assessment Questionnaire AKA Ministry Assessment Questionnaire or MAQ. Other assessment options such as the Prophetic Aptitude Questionnaire or Apostolic Diagnostic Questionnaire results will not qualify for general entrance into Price University.
- If an applicant has already taken this assessment within the last 2 years, he or she will not be required to retake it. He or she will need to submit their existing results along with their application. These will be a part of an applicant’s permanent record. Regardless of enrollment status, an applicant can keep a copy of his or her results for personal or future professional use. Outcomes will determine an applicants placement and start point. Score ranges may require applicants to take pre-requisites before entering an official program. Admission specialists will let applicants know at the time of the interview what their potential placement may be upon acceptance to Price University.
- Score Range Requirements Score ranges under 85% will require applicants to complete certain pre-requisite courses before entering into their official program. Scores below 70% may require applicants to complete a foundational studies program. Scores below 40% may require applicants to complete an academic primer program. If scores fall below the above threshold applicants may need to complete a customized 1:1 coaching program before admission into a Price University program.
P: Leadership Qualification Eligibility Profile
This is designed to assess an applicant’s leadership potential and compatibility with Price U’s values and academic standards. This is the final step in qualifying to become a future leader at Price U. This profile we evaluate three key areas of leadership potential: Quotient, Compatibility and Eligibility.
Applicants must receive a compatibility score of 80% or higher to qualify for Price U’s required foundational studies program. This score identifies the applicants degree of compatibility with the university’s academic standards and values. Scores below this may require applicants to complete an academic primer program or a coaching prior to admission into their official programs.
Leadership Quotient scores help us to identify:

Applicants must receive a compatibility score of 80% or higher to qualify for Price U’s required foundational studies program. This score identifies the applicants degree of compatibility with the university’s academic standards and values. Scores below this may require applicants to complete an academic primer program or a coaching prior to admission into their official programs.
Steps of Completion
- Complete a Student Assessment Questionnaire or Ministry Assessment Questionnaire (MAQ) This step may be bypassed by students with existing scores from the last 2 years. These will need to uploaded with other entrance documents at the time of application. (NEED TO HAVE A LINK HERE TO COMPLETE ASSESSMENT.)
- Complete a Bible Knowledge Survey. This cannot be bypassed even if similar assessments were taken at previous institutions.
- Complete a Leadership Qualification Eligibility Profile.
- Complete a full application at Price University. Be ready to provide your KAP certification information in the application.
